Water must cover nut completely.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u0428\u0430\u0433 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Pour out water and rinse chickpea. Then add some clean water and boil for 1.5 or 2 hours over low heat till it gets smooth. Put some salt 10 minutes before it is ready.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u0428\u0430\u0433 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>A well-boiled chickpea must easily squash.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">TAHINI:<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u0428\u0430\u0433 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Put the sesame onto the hot frying pan and fry with intermittent mixing over average heat till golden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u0428\u0430\u0433 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Blender the rest of the sesame seeds, add oil and salt and keep whipping until smooth. You should obtain a little weak paste.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u0428\u0430\u0433 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Put tahini into the blender, add juice from a lemon, olive oil, salt and cumin and whip up a bit. This way you\u2019ll make your sesame paste more creamy. Then add chickpea piece by piece and blender until smooth.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u0428\u0430\u0433 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>While blending, add some chickpea broth. You should have a thick creamy paste.
