Meet a charming and sweet guy Roman! At the end of February, he and his dad came to us. Even then, I was pleased with the clarity of his goals, his aspiration and readiness for changes!<\/p>

With the permission of his parents and Roma, I am sharing with you his success story.<\/p>

Goals at the first appointment:<\/b><\/p>

  • to fit into clothes<\/li>
  • to be the prettiest at school<\/li>
  • to become the coolest<\/li><\/ul>

    • elevated glucose levels<\/li>
    • decreased eyesight<\/li>
    • great swelling<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      The main problems: unbalanced diet, no breakfast, late dinners, insufficient water intake.<\/p>

      • there is a healthy feeling of hunger in the morning and a full regular breakfast<\/li>
      • weight loss due to fat mass and loss of excess fluid based on diagnostics<\/li>
      • swelling is GONE!<\/li>
      • improved condition of the gastrointestinal tract<\/li>
      • eyesight has returned to normal!<\/li>
      • easily wears favorite clothes,<\/li>

        Thanks to the mother of our hero for preparing dishes from the menu, as well as to both parents for their tremendous support!<\/p>

        Special thanks to his grandmother, with whom Roma spent 1.5 months in the village. She broke all the templates and instead of seducing her grandson with sweets, she took the challenge and lost 20kg herself! She managed to do it with her gallbladder removed, only following Roma\u2019s menu with the corresponding adjustment of portions!<\/p>
