Then it contains C vitamin, which disappears if you bake or fry it. So, you can have it at least once a week. Eat potato in the first half of the day (best before 15.00) and everything is going to be fine \u2013 needed vitamins and microelements will fill your body without any harm to it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Not a day goes by without potato?<\/strong><br \/>\nWe talk about well-balanced diet, right? Thus, quantity matters. If potato is the basis of the menu, then you\u2019ll lack other healthy nutrients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kebab-burger is a fast-food star.<br \/>\n<\/strong>Sometimes you can treat yourself to kebab if it is home-made or you trust the cook you get it from. And it doesn\u2019t really matter if it is seasoned as long as the ingredients are yogurt and mustard and there are enough of vegetables combined with fresh meat. Of course this sort of food you won\u2019t eat every day, because it is not healthy to eat the same over and over again. As a result, your body will get used to necessary vitamins and microelements. After a while it won\u2019t \u201cconsider\u201d such food as valuable. Consequently, healthy eating is varied eating in the first place.<\/p>\n<p><strong>And on top of all we have\u2026 PIZZA!<br \/>\n<\/strong>We have a recipe of wholesome pizza made from cauliflower. We got it from our clients, who live in Moscow. And we cooked it ourselves lots of times. Sounds boring? But it\u2019s utterly delicious. It\u2019s definitely worth cooking.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>What do you treat yourself and your loved ones to?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>P.S.<\/strong> PS The burger in the photo is a part of our clients\u2019 menu.
