       Pearl barley (any rice except white can also be used)
       Rocket salad
       Prosciutto crude or jerked meat
       Tomatoes(cherry or traditional)
       Cheese (mozzarella, hard pressed or Adygei)
       Olive oil
      COOKING METHOD:
      1

      Boil pearl barley till done in a salted water.

      2

      While pearl barley boils prepare other ingredients.

      3

      Dice tomatoes, cheese and Prosciutto crude or jerked meat and cut rocket salad using scissors.

      Put all above-mentioned in a big bowl and stir everything well. Dress with olive oil.
