       500 g cottage cheese
       2 eggs
       10 g poppy
       50 g Sahara
       100 g yogurtadd some milk if too thick
       2 tbsp starchadjust the amount depending on the density of the curd
       vanilla
       800 g pumpkin puree
       2 eggs
       10 g Sahara
       3 tbsp starchyou can also add psyllium
       lemon peel
       200 g pumpkin puree
       20 g Sahara
       100 g sour cream

      For the curd layer, steam the poppy seeds in boiling water. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Adjust the density by adding yogurt, the mixture should turn out to be like sour cream in consistency.

      Boil the pumpkin for 15 minutes, beat the pulp into a puree and divide into two parts 800g and 200g. Combine all ingredients for pumpkin and curd layer.

      Line the bottom of a baking dish with parchment. Lubricate the form with coconut (butter or refined vegetable) oil.

      Spread on a tablespoon strictly in the center alternately curd and pumpkin layers. When the layers are finished, lightly tap the casserole dish on the table so that the mass is evenly distributed throughout the form.

      Send in a preheated oven to 180C for 55-60 minutes.

      In the meantime, prepare the filling. Combine pumpkin puree, sour cream and sugar in a bowl.

      After 55-60 min. remove the casserole from the oven and spread the filling evenly over the surface of the casserole with a spoon and bake for another 7-10 minutes.

      Cool the finished masterpiece in the form and only then remove it from it.

      Garnish with berries, figs or kumquats as desired.
