      You can add ½ or whole mozzarella ball. Dice it and place in the centre of meatball when forming it.

       800 g minced chicken
       300 g 5% cottage cheese
       2 pcs. eggs
       1 tbsp linseed fiber (psyllium husk powder can also be used)a healthy replacement for the traditional loaf
       salt, pepper to taste
       2 tbsp milk (or low-fat sour cream)
       hashed tomato and paprika to your taste
      COOKING METHOD:
      1

      Mix all the ingredients, break it with your hands

      Form balls or chops

      Coat them with fiber or rye breadcrumbs (no white breadcrumbs are allowed)

      Rinse the casserole dish with olive oil, heat the oven to 200oC

      5

      Bake for 10-15 minutes on each side
