      What to do if you don't feel like drinking water

      The desire to drink or not to drink water is an acquired skill that you are the one who can change.

      Let us remember that water is the main source of energy and the best means for weight loss.

      What to do if you don’t have the skill to drink water yet:

      • try to drink it as a magic drink that will make you younger and fill you with miracle power to achieve your desired goal;
      • set an alarm with a reminder on your phone;
      • Make an attractive presentation. In the first half of the day, for variety and a brighter mood, you can add berries and mint to the water;
      • put labels on water bottles, for example, «Antioxidants», «Cleansing», «Rejuvenation»;
      • When working in an office, make sure you always have water in your cup;
      • Buy a beautiful, brightly colored reusable water bottle that you'll want to take with you. Place it in a visible place, close to the apartment's exit. This way, you won't forget about it and will thank yourself many times over on hot summer days.;
      • Drink slowly.

        Try to implement at least a couple of tips, and you will already see good results.
