Why would you do this?
Firstly, vegetables contain fibre for proper bowel function, vitamins and microelements.
Secondly, all colorful foods contain thousands of beneficial substances that improve our health in various ways!
Thirdly, vegetables and greens are one of the most important elements of a healthy diet.
After eating 300g of meat and washing it down with a large cup of tea, a serving of salad is unlikely to fit. Proteins and fats are easier to replenish and get, but vegetables and greens are a weak point for many.
We're sharing some life hacks with you, enjoy them!
- Add vegetables to your standard breakfast. A little spinach, tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms will add variety and flavor to a simple omelet or scrambled eggs. Or add some vegetables to your oatmeal instead of honey, nuts, and fruit.
- Use lettuce leaves instead of pita bread.
- Cook vegetable soups. Try making creamy soups with eggplant, broccoli, beets, pumpkin, cauliflower, and zucchini.
- prepare vegetable sauces and pastes.
- Add vegetables to your favorite dishes. For example, layer chopped spinach, steamed broccoli, or carrots with flavorful zucchini with lasagna. Add roasted carrots and eggplant to pasta.
Experiment and be healthy.
