Chop the onion, fry on oil for 1-2 minutes.
Dice the pumpkin, add to onion and fry for 2 minutes over low heat.
Add cut garlic
Place the vegetables into a sauce pan where the broth is boiling and let it keep boiling for 25 minutes. Add salt and pepper to the soup in the end of cooking.
Let it cool, then blender everything till you get a creamy substance and heat the soup. Your dish is ready.
