I am confident that fit body is the evidence of:
✅ Love and care about your body;
✅ Body and health effective management;
✅ Absence of drawbacks in eating behavior;
✅ Feeling harmony and confidence.
I am firm that kilos will keep accumulating if:
❌ You have unhealthy eating habits;
❌ Your diet is misbalanced;
❌ Your physical activity is low or even absent
❌You water intake schedule is not organized well.
No matter how often we repeat “There should be more of me to love” our body will signal about right the opposite.
