⠀⠀2. Start your festive meal with unsweetened fruits (kiwi, grapefruit, pomelo), sliced / whole fresh vegetables, vegetable salads dressed with olive oil, sour cream, yogurt, lemon juice.
⠀⠀3. At the table, choose three or four dishes worthy of your attention. Form a healthy plate for the whole holiday at once.⠀ ⠀ 4. Eat slowly, chewing food thoroughly. Try not to reach for the supplement anymore.
