      ⠀⠀1. Fasting all day is not the best idea. Breakfast, lunch and a light dinner are a guarantee that overeating does not threaten you.
      ⠀⠀2. Start your festive meal with unsweetened fruits (kiwi, grapefruit, pomelo), sliced ​​/ whole fresh vegetables, vegetable salads dressed with olive oil, sour cream, yogurt, lemon juice.
      ⠀⠀3. At the table, choose three or four dishes worthy of your attention. Form a healthy plate for the whole holiday at once.⠀ ⠀ 4. Eat slowly, chewing food thoroughly. Try not to reach for the supplement anymore.
      ⠀⠀5. Put down your utensils while talking.
      ⠀⠀6. Choose lean meat, poultry, seafood. If they are not on the table, remove visible fat from meat and skin from poultry.
